How to Start Gaining Awareness

1. Create Social Media Profiles for Your Farm

Most of you probably have this completed already, but double-check to ensure consistency across all of your social media platforms so your audience can start becoming familiar with you.

2. Create Content That is Shareable & Social

Think high-level here in gaining awareness. There are so many examples of easy reels you can create on Instagram with videos you already have on your phone.

Scroll your feed for a bit and find inspiration from farms you follow.

Now post 3-5 reels per week to start to build awareness.

Focus on content that will create conversations and spark curiosity.

Bonus: Boost Your Post to Create Momentum

If you have a small advertising budget, you can “boost” your Instagram posts to a specific audience and get more “eyes.”

  • Choose to “More Profile Visits” as the “Goal”

  • Choose an audience (choose geography in your market)

  • Choose a budget of $2-5 per day for 5-7 days)

  • Repeat with each of the 3-5 posts you create weekly
